What is Servyn?

Servyn is an all-in-one POS and contactless ordering system designed for modern restaurants. We combine a full Point of Sale system with QR code ordering to streamline your operations.

How do I sign up?

Fill in the short form on Get Servyn — three questions about your restaurant and how to reach you. We call you back within a working day and set up your menu, QR codes and POS with you. You can also email [email protected] or call +91 95887 95400.

Features & Operations

QR Code Ordering

Customers scan a table-specific QR code to access your dynamic digital menu and place orders directly from their smartphone browser without installing any app. Orders route directly to your POS dashboard and kitchen display.

POS & Table Management

Manage floor layouts, open tabs, order modifications, splitting bills, and table status changes in real-time. View active tables, ongoing order durations, and quick settlement options.

GST Billing & Invoicing

Configure 5% or 18% GST rates based on your restaurant type (AC dine-in, non-AC, bakery, liquor license). Invoices generate with itemized tax breakdowns, your business GSTIN, and sequential receipt numbers.

Kitchen Order Ticket (KOT) & Printer Setup

Connect Bluetooth, USB, or Wi-Fi ESC/POS thermal printers. Configure automated KOT printing per kitchen category (e.g., bar items print at the bar, food items print in the main kitchen).

Staff Roles & Security

Assign security roles to managers, billing cashiers, captains, and kitchen staff. Restrict sensitive actions like bill voiding, discount overrides, and sales report views to authorized personnel.

Offline Mode & Data Sync

Servyn operates seamlessly even during network outages. Local transactions save automatically to browser storage and sync cleanly to the cloud once internet connectivity returns.
